May 22, 2017

Today, May 22, is Brain Tumor Awareness Day.  It seemed fitting to us at Imagine An Answer (IAA) that today was a good day to send an update on what we have been doing in our fight to find a cure for pediatric brain cancer.

IAA has been working on getting our tax status as an IRS designated non-profit approved, and we did so early in 2017.  We are more than a Monster Mash now, and although we still love pumpkins, we are eager to become more than an annual event. Thanks to our friends at BoomAgers, we have a new look and a new logo, which we feel symbolizes several important aspects of our core beliefs and values:

  • That children with pediatric brain cancer deserve state of the art medicine and therapies to eradicate their disease.
  • That a cure is within our reach, on the near horizon.
  • IAA is optimistic, passionate, and collaborative in working with researchers, scientists, families, and government to act as a positive force against this debilitating disease.

We have updated our website: and our Facebook page.  Look under “Our Impact” for updates on what impact our research dollars are having; look under “Our Events” to stay in touch about our 2017 signature event this fall.  In the next few months, we will be busy working with the IAA board to plan more outreach and more events to bring us together in the fight to help move a cure forward (details for the Third Annual Monster Mash Pumpkin Bash in Washington, DC on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 will be coming soon!).  Please “follow us” and check back often to stay abreast of research and event news.

Join us as we continue our journey to give kids a better chance at a life without debilitating collateral damage from current therapies.  Join us in our fight to give kids the life they imagine.

Thank you for being a supporter of this critical mission.
